Our aim is raising children as Integral Sundersath (IS) who is aware of the fact that their Journey Towards Greatness involves four major practice areas: (1) Waking up (2) Growing up (3) Cleaning up and (4) Showing up. Specific examples of multi-dimensional awareness and capabilities include:
Growing up into genuine Fullness is the process of maturing and developing in various competencies, skills, and intelligences. It involves progressing through different stages of moral and cognitive development, ultimately leading to a more conscious, loving, and spiritually aware state of being. This includes moving from ego-centric and ethnocentric perspectives to world-centric and integral perspectives, as well as striving towards ultimate unity consciousness. It also involves recognizing the importance of considering development in addressing major societal issues and challenges. Growing up follows waking up because the process of discovering absolute truth and different states of consciousness is essential before the development and evolution of competencies and skills at various levels can occur.
Jaage sukh anek hai, ithi alekhe.
Waking up into radical Freedom (Jago) is the process of finding out who and what we really are in relation to the ultimate reality of Aksharateet. It includes arising of the direct and immediate awareness of the presence of the aura of Supreme Beloved Shri Rajji. This process deals with absolute truth and involves the discovery of different states of consciousness, such as gross waking, subtle dream, causal archetypal, empty witnessing, non-dual unity, and ultimately in supreme state of Swa-Lila-Adwait (Self-sporting pure Bliss). In this ultimate state, One Supreme Sat-Chid-Anand manifests as Paramdham and as many varieties of entities and beings. All these states are crucial in discovering absolute truth and are the means to wake up. Traditionally, main practices suggested include learning Tartam wisdom, selfless service, contemplation and meditation. However, waking up practice remains incomplete until the practices of Growing up, Cleaning up and Showing up mentioned below are also integrated with the traditional approaches. Each one of them have profound impact on integral Tartamic Awakening leading to Opening up, means living as love, being in love with others, and keep growing in universal love.

Showing up into Full Functioning involves showing up with our unique gifts to ourselves and to the world. The most effective way to show up is to be able to take multiple perspectives and understand that in addition to different perspectives, there are different dimensions to every situation. The best way to show up is to look at the world at least through four different perspectives or lenses: interior individual (I), interior collective (WE), exterior individual (IT), and exterior collective (ITS). These four quadrants of truth or reality provides a framework that lays the foundation for a multidimensional understanding of ourselves and the world we inhabit. They help us understand the nested hierarchy of the entire universe in its many dimensions. Also, quadrants enable us to see precisely how various sciences and various types of spirituality are related.

Cleaning up into real Flourishing involves addressing and working through our growth obstructing trapped life energy called shadow which we all create unknowingly and which causes emotional imbalance. Our shadow can be our internal resistance to challenge our own self-defeating beliefs, opinions, certain traits or behaviors. Shadow can even resist working on restoring our emotional balance. So, cleaning up is needed at all different levels of development and everyone needs it. By practicing shadow work, we can follow our unique shadow back to our unique self. This is similar to the practice of transforming vices (Avgun) to virtues (Guna) in Tartam Vani. Simple cleaning up technique involves practicing this shadow process: (1) Spotting it - acknowledging our repressed life energy such as dark side, allergy or addiction to thing or person, which is trapped in layers deep beneath our conscious personality, (2) Facing it – daring to bring it in our awareness and right in front of you, (3) Talking to it - expressing yourself to it, noticing that you are listened to deeply, asking the listener how the interaction was felt, explaining what you felt and why, and (4) Being one with it – discover that you are what you like and dislike. Cleaning up may also involve the use of affirmations and shadow negations to transcend and let go of unconscious patterns and open up space for personal growth and self-actualization.

“Sending our daughter to the I Am Sundersath Shibir this summer was a transformative experience for her. We noticed a remarkable change in her attitude towards life and her understanding of spirituality. She came back with a more compassionate heart and a deeper appreciation for nature and the world around her. The shibir not only provided her with a unique spiritual journey but also equipped her with tools for mindfulness and self-reflection that she continues to use every day. We are grateful for the positive impact this shibir has had on her life.”
“Our son’s experience at the I Am Sundersath Shibir was nothing short of amazing. As parents, we were initially hesitant about how he would adapt to the environment, but the welcoming and nurturing staff made him feel at home from day one. He engaged in various activities that taught him the importance of inner peace, community, and the interconnectedness of all living things. He returned home with stories of meditation, yoga, and meaningful friendships. This shibir has sparked a curiosity in him to explore his spiritual path further, and we couldn’t be happier.”
“The I Am Sundersath Shibir provided our children with an incredible opportunity to disconnect from their gadgets and reconnect with their inner selves. They participated in group discussions, nature walks, and workshops that encouraged them to think deeply about their values and beliefs. It was a joy to see them come back with a newfound sense of purpose and responsibility towards themselves and others. The shibir’s focus on spiritual growth and self-discovery has been a beautiful journey for them, and as a family, it has brought us closer together.”
As a parent, it’s been heartwarming to witness the positive changes in my child after attending the I Am Sundersath Shibir. She has become more patient, understanding, and has a greater appreciation for the simple joys in life. The shibir’s environment, filled with love and care, allowed her to explore her spirituality in a safe and supportive setting. She learned about different cultures and spiritual practices, which has broadened her perspective and respect for diversity. We are thankful for this enriching experience that has contributed to her personal growth.”
“The I Am Sundersath Shibir was a blessing for our family. Our children returned home with radiant smiles and stories of adventure, growth, and spiritual enlightenment. They taught us the songs they learned, shared insights from their meditation sessions, and expressed a desire to live more consciously and harmoniously. The shibir not only nurtured their spiritual well-being but also instilled in them a sense of global citizenship and empathy. We are deeply grateful for the shibir’s commitment to nurturing young souls and fostering a supportive community.”
